No Time limit

If you have a larger budget, allowing me to spend as much time as I need on detailing a piece to your specifications. WIPs are available per request at any point. Discord + Quick communication is a must.-------1. . . Speedpaint available2. . . One payment up front and one final payment after the work is finished (Initial payment counts towards full cost).3. . . Client may request check-ins or revisions and ask for WIPs at various stages.4. . . Final product will NOT be delivered until the full payment is received. All WIPs will be heavily watermarked.5. . . Once the final product is delivered, small edits may be made without cost (adding smaller details I missed is acceptable, changing poses or lighting is unacceptable. All compositional, lighting, and coloring details will be discussed and worked out during drafting).

PWYW/Upfront

You decide the amount of money you’d like to spend up front, these commissions are more artistic freedom based. I will only send WIPs upon request, but may reject the request. I am more likely to accept if there is quick response time over Discord.-------1. . . No WIPs or check in stages (I work on these in one sitting) unless the piece is more expensive.2. . . If I reach my time limit and I am not satisfied with the piece, I will take up to a half hour or so for a “wrap up” phase to tidy up the piece if it isn’t fully presentable or things are missing.5. . . 01 - General Terms- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
- Every piece will have a small watermark that may not be removed or altered in any way.
- I reserve the full rights over any commission unless agreed upon otherwise, and can use it to promote my works how I see fit.
- ToS is subject to change.
- Communication will be handled through Discord or other instant messaging platforms (Ask).
- Under no circumstances should my art be used for AI, NFT, Crypto, or other forms of using my artwork without my consent. You may not claim my artwork as your own.
- Crypto currency is not a valid form of payment.---------------------------------------------------03 - Ordering- Payment is processed through Paypal.
- All information and desired details must be discussed before payment in the initial inquiry. There will be a consultation conversation. Anything not touched up on I will either ask for clarity or assume I have artistic freedom (For things like pose, shading, etc).
- I will refuse any commissions (Other than customs) that have no visual reference for a character. Sketches, multiple images accompanied by text, etc are all acceptable.
- All references must be written in English or have proper translations available.
- All pieces are subject to artistic freedom unless otherwise specified.
- Any commissions with a short notice deadline will cost extra, and I have the full right to decline.---------------------------------------------------05 - Copyright & usage- I reserve all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (I.E. characters).
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications or other forms of promotion (I.E. Artbooks, social media posts, etc.)
- Commissioner may make prints, stickers, etc of the commissioned piece for PERSONAL USE only.
- Commissioner may not sell or profit further from the artwork (Such as reselling the art piece, selling stickers, prints, etc.)
- Commissioner is expected to give proper credit when reposting on social medias (Blu3_F1nch).
- Commissioner may in no way use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed.
- Commissioner may use artwork to increase a characters value for resell, but may not inflate the artworks value.

02 - Payment & Refunds- Payment plans are available for artwork that costs 200$ or more. Any artwork that is less than 200$ is expected to be paid up front in full.
- Quoted prices are subject to change in the planning process. If you are provided with a price range, please ensure you are able to pay the maximum even though that may not be the final price.
- The buyer is not allowed to refund once I start working. You may cancel anytime beforehand payment is sent.
- If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, I will refund you in partial or in full, depending on the amount of work completed. If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will send the money to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.---------------------------------------------------04 - Process and Delivery- WIPs are available upon request, and are not sent by default for most commission types since they slow down my process. If you would like to have various WIPs throughout the process, you must be able to quickly communicate with me.
- WIPs are generally only sent for customs, illustrations, or pieces with specific requirements like posing or composition. WIPs will always be provided for customs.
- The time it takes to complete each piece may vary from 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as complexity of the commissioned piece, health, school, and other work. I will notify clients of any delays and keep you updated on progress.
- When the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image. Lower resolution images are available upon request.
- After the WIP stage only minor changes may be made. The WIP stage is where composition and overall color scheme is agreed upon.
